Chinese artist Luo Li Rong lives in Belgium and is well-known for her life-like sculptures. She crafted Melodie in 2020 out of bronze, measuring 208 x 85 x 100 cm.
Not only is Melodie realistic, but she also portrays all the grace and beauty the female figure in motion has to offer. Striking an elegant pose with a windswept appearance. Her hair and clothing look as though it is being moved by a gentle breeze. Each fold of the skin is detailed, contributing to her dedication to make her work more realistic.
